We believe that children, families and individuals deserve quality food ingredients that are unprocessed, unrefined, healthy and nutritious. Through healthy food demos, healthy living talks and awareness building events we want to empower YOU to sprout healthier habits. We have on-going events every month highlighting different styles of healthy eating, new kitchen tool demonstrations or introducing new products into your diet. We also provide our space for private dinner bookings for groups of 10-12 people.
